All attendees must register in order to attend the Congress.


Registration fees:  300.00USD

Invited speakers will be exempt from registration fees.
Registration Fees for participants include:

– Access to the scientific sessions
– Opening Ceremony & Welcome Reception
– Coffee break

Accommodation:  Single room – 150.00USD per night (including breakfast)

                                    Double Room – 200.00USD per night (including breakfast)

Guests pay for their stay upon arrival at the hotel reception desk.

City Sightseeing with lunch    200.00USD

Gala dinner     150.00USD


Registration fees can be paid by bank transfer.
 Print-out  payment Instructions in the currency you prefer and make the Bank transfer according to the instructions. It only takes a few minutes.


  • Please make sure that the participant’s name is clearly stated on the bank transfer
  • Bank charges are the responsibility of the payer and should be paid in addition to the registration fee.

Upon receipt of payment you will receive a certificate for taking your badge on site.

Lost badges:

If you have lost your badge, please report to the Welcome desk. If your badge has not been found, its re-issuing will be considered as a new registration.


Cancellation policy:

All cancellations must be sent in writing to
For cancellations received before 15th March, 2017 payment will be refunded minus a 100.00 USD administrative fee.
For cancellations received after 15th March, 2017 no refund can be made.
